David has extensive real estate experience including mortgage loan origination, residential remodeling and construction, planning and inspections, and insurance. He is originally from Chicago and has resided in Colorado for over 15 years. He has worked with private and public sector customers across the US, Canada, South America and Europe. David has worked with and managed global teams balancing different languages, cultures and time zones. In addition, David has spent over a decade performing Executive Protection services, partnering with law enforcement, emergency management services (EMS) and former military and Secret Service team members. His approach in all things is to identify and focus on the needs of the customer, transparently provide quality information to make decisions and to support his clients throughout his engagement and beyond. Most importantly, David is the proud father of two daughters who both excel in their respective schools and workplaces.
